In late January 2013, France recorded a total budget deficit to 12.8 billion euros. Specials for January, the French deficit is increased 300 million euros.

Meanwhile, according to the AFP news on Friday (08/03/2013), the French income until the end of January 2013 reached 21.9 billion U.S. dollars. This figure is down 6.4 percent compared to the same period of 2012. "The decrease in revenue due to a shrinking tax revenues due to economic slowdown," said French Budget Ministry.

Note ministry said public spending until the end of January 2013 reached 32.1 billion euros. This is difference decreased from 32.8 billion euro positions in the same period of 2012.
